Nail Biting

If you could quit one bad habit instantly without difficulty,
which would it be?

Nail biting. It is a nasty habit I have had for as long as I remember. I have tried many times to quit and have only managed to do so for a couple of months and stress always causes me to chew them off again. So if given a choice I would stop chewing them off.

Hmmm, thats a hard one. Honestly? I think I would like to give up the bad habit of doubting myself. Yes, that!

Mad Kat, took me 36 years to quit nail biting…now no dramas at all, although every now & then they’ll go in my mouth. I’m now two years clean and loving it. I literally just stopped one day and grew them out long enough to get acrylics put on, then I had the acrylics for 12 months, now my nails are as strong as acrylics & I often break them rather spectacularly. Apparently one should trim their nails prior to hedge-trimming and lugging pavers. You CAN do it, it’s just mind over matter!
